Five stages. Each one is priced before it starts and leaves you with something you keep. You decide at every stage whether there is a next one.
Most clients come in at Stage 1 and work up. If you already know what you need, start further along and we will scope it from there.
Work out what your month-end actually costs before you speak to anybody, including us.
We look at your real setup and write down what we find. The document is yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
A working dashboard on your own data. Small enough to be affordable, real enough to judge.
The reporting your business runs on, built out across the divisions that need it.
We keep what we built working, so nobody on your side has to become the Power BI person by accident.
Every stage ends with a decision that belongs to you. We price the next stage before it starts, and we say plainly when we think the answer is to stop. If you walk away after Stage 2, you still have the document. If you walk away after Stage 3, you still have the dashboard.
Every stage, every engagement is delivered by a principal consultant: the same person who scopes your assessment writes the DAX and takes the call when a refresh fails. There is no handover to a junior team once the contract is signed. Ask us who will be doing the work, and ask the same question of everybody else you are speaking to.
And nothing we build depends on any one person, including us. Everything is documented, trained and handed over, so the capability sits in your business, not in a consultant's head.
Run the scorecard first. Ten statements about your own close, and an honest read on whether this is worth a conversation at all. If you would rather see the number first, the calculator prices your close in salary hours.
