He didn't come to business intelligence through IT; he came to it because he needed answers his reports weren't giving him.
That frustration became a craft. Today, as founder of BI Dashboards, Rakesh designs Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions for organisations across telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, insurance, and the non-profit sector, with clients in the USA, Canada, Guatemala, Switzerland, Germany, Mauritius, New Zealand, and South Africa.
